Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about training, logistics, and what to expect.

Training Methodology

For online training, some basic equipment is helpful (dumbbells, resistance bands), but I can design effective programs with bodyweight only. For in-person sessions, I provide all necessary equipment.

Yes. That's my specialty. I work with clients post-PT to bridge the gap between rehab and full activity. However, if you have acute pain, please see a medical professional first.

No. While I am certified in both, my training is a hybrid approach. We use strength training principles combined with mobility work from yoga and pilates. The goal is a functional, strong body.

Logistics & Scheduling

In-person sessions are conducted in Chicago. Specific location details and availability are discussed during our consultation.

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
