More Than Just a Trainer

I help adults 40+ navigate the changes in their bodies with confidence, strength, and grace.

My journey began not in a gym, but with a desire to understand human potential. With a B.A. in Psychology, I realized early on that physical capability and mental resilience are deeply connected.

Over the last 12+ years, I've refined a methodology that rejects the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Instead, I focus on longevity, functional capacity, and pain-free movement.

Whether you're recovering from physical therapy, training for a marathon in your 50s, or simply want to pick up your grandchildren without back pain, my goal is to give you the tools to do so safely and effectively.

My Philosophy

Strength First

Muscle is the organ of longevity. We build strength to protect joints, improve metabolism, and maintain independence.

Technique Over Intensity

How you move matters more than how much you lift. We master patterns before adding load to ensure safety.

Consistency Wins

Grand transformations happen through small, repeated actions. I help you build sustainable habits that fit your life.

Let's Move Together

I'm currently accepting new clients for online coaching and have a waitlist for in-person training in Chicago.
